In this weeks episode Harlow and I had a chance to sit down and talk with Rob Phifer. Rob talks with us about his time in the military, becoming an Ironman triathlete and being what he calls being "Consistently Opportunistic". Rob is a a friend I have known for a number of years and was excited to have him on the podcast.
